Refund policy
At İntaşlar Fabric, customer satisfaction is our priority. The following terms apply to international orders. Returns into the European Union are also governed by EU consumer law (see the relevant section below).
General policy
Except where required by law (such as for European Union orders), we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind reasons. All sales are considered final unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Fabric categories
Our products fall into two categories:
A) Cut-to-order (by the meter) fabric: Fabric cut from the roll to the length specified in your order (e.g. 1.5 m, 3 m, 5.2 m). As these are prepared to your specifications, they are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect. Please choose your measurements carefully.
B) Pre-cut / piece fabric: Fabric sold in fixed, pre-packaged units. Provided the packaging is intact and the item is unused, these may be returned within 14 days (see the EU section for orders shipped into the European Union).
Faulty (defective) items
If there is an error on our part (wrong item, tears, defects, printing errors, etc.), you may return or exchange the item at no shipping cost to you. Please email a photo showing the defect to intaslarfabric@gmail.com so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Non-returnable items
Cut-to-order (by the meter) fabric, sale items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at intaslarfabric@gmail.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Return process
If your item meets the conditions above:
1. Contact us via our contact form or email to create a return request.
2. Pack the item together with its invoice (and original packaging, if any).
3. Ship it to the return address below, including the return code we provide.
For faulty items, return shipping is covered by us. For eligible change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once your return reaches our warehouse and passes our eligibility check, the product amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. The time for the refund to appear on your account may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
