SHIPPING INFORMATION

Most orders are shipped within 24 business hours of being placed. We offer 3 to 10 day worldwide express shipping and flexible delivery options via DHL.

As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all delivery details, including tracking information.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight, and will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes applied by the destination country once the shipment reaches your location. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

ITEM AVAILABILITY

In most cases, when an item is no longer available, it will either not appear on the site or will be marked as Out of Stock on the product page. However, due to inventory fluctuations, an item that appears available at the time of your order may in fact be out of stock. If this happens, we will notify you as quickly as possible that your order cannot be fulfilled and ask whether you would prefer a refund or a replacement for the missing item(s).
